The Pastoral Retreat has accepted registrations and the response has been very good. In order to encourage more sisters to participate, FiCF has specially provided early bird discounts (subsidy of $120 per person) and camp fee subsidies for them. The “Women in Ministry”is currently raising funds for this need. This year’s fundraising goal is $6,000. Please pray for this need. The co-workers are working hard to promote and prepare for the “Bible Characters” study event to be held on October 5. Please remember this ministry in your prayers. We also hope you can support, participate and help share the posters with your church and fellowship. Brothers and sisters who have participated in this study in the past have been encouraged and edified. We hope that this ministry can continue to bless more churches and brothers and sisters.
Thank you Heavenly Father for setting up the “Sisters Fellow groups” network for us. Thank you all for remembering in your prayers this group of female pastoral colleagues who have accepted God’s call and are willing to serve in different churches/institutions. We testify that God listens to your intercession and enables them to stand strong in the face of different challenges; they are willing to continue to follow the guidance God has given them, and serve the church with all their hearts. This is God’s faithfulness and presence!
After three years of getting to know each other online, sharing and praying for each other, “FiCF Regional Group #1” finally had the opportunity to meet with one of the team members, Rev Grace from New York, while she attended the Bay Area conference. Thank God! This meeting was like meeting long-lost sisters. We had great sharing and encouragement to each other! We hope to have more opportunities to meet with fellow group members in the future.
