WIM Prayer letter March 2025

The “Women in Ministry” has specially arranged a cruise retreat for female pastors, co-workers, Pastor’s wives, missionaries, and sisters serving in churches/institutions. Everyone is encouraged to sign up and welcome to bring their spouse to participate.

We hope that this retreat will allow everyone to escape from the hustle and bustle of the world and meet God under the blue sky and blue sea. In addition to enjoying the rich food, you can also fellowship with your friends in the Lord and encourage each other.

This year’s Bible Lecture will try to co-organize online and physical courses with churches, institutions and seminaries to study the stories of New Testament characters. We hope that the lectures and Bible study materials can help build God’s church and believers. Please remember the arrangements and preparatory work of the Sisters’ Ministry co-workers in your prayers.

The predecessor was a group created by three seminary students in August 2015. At that time, Pastor Dora Wang was invited to serve as a spiritual mentor, and later two seminary students joined. As some group members and spiritual mentors moved to different regions, the group switched to online gatherings in August 2020. Once a month, we share our prayers with each other and bear witness to God’s abundant grace.

Later, Sister Margie Fong joined us as another spiritual mentor. Starting in May 2024, the “Wonder Women” group officially joined the sisters’ fellow group. The team members have now graduated from theology and become preachers, and they are serving faithfully in different churches. They go online every month to share the challenges in their ministry life and to pray and encourage each other.
