SCM Prayer letter October 2026

Pleroma Schools for Girls

Thanksgiving:

1. We thank the Lord that 15 Grade 12 graduates achieved excellent results in public examinations this year: four achieved an overall grade of B, six achieved C, and two achieved D. We are grateful to witness the fruits of the students’ hard work.

2. We thank the Lord for guiding the continued growth of the secondary school; the number of students has reached 200 this year, providing more students with the opportunity to receive an education and grow in an environment of love and care.

Prayer Requests:

1. The secondary and primary schools began the new academic year on October 1st. Please pray that the Lord helps the students adapt to their studies and school life, and that they grow in academics, character, and spiritual life. Please also grant wisdom and strength to the administrative and teaching teams as they work together to care for the students’ needs.

2. Most Grade 12 graduates have applied for university admission. Please pray that the Lord prepares suitable schools and fields of study for them and guides their paths ahead.

3. The secondary school still needs to recruit full-time teachers for English, Khmer, and Mathematics. Please pray that the Lord provides suitable candidates to join the team.

2. Thank the Lord; 38 girls from the Girls’ Home attended the retreat for those we serve, enjoying a wonderful time together.

2. Please pray for the five women in our ministry who are facing legal proceedings, as well as for a young woman at the “Girls’ Home” who is approaching the final stage of her legal case. May the Lord ensure that justice is served and grant them wisdom, peace, and strength.

3. Please pray for the six young women from the “Girls’ Home” who have recently reintegrated into the community; may the Lord watch over them as they adjust to life outside, help them build support networks, and enable them to grow steadily.
