SFM Prayer letter May 2025

1.Gratitude and prayer: Successful completion of the second year of the Spiritual Formation Course (SF2)

Thanks to God’s grace and guidance, the second year of the spiritual formation course “Living Your True Self Series” has been successfully completed. During this one-year journey, many students have experienced profound transformation and breakthroughs in their relationship with God, themselves and others. A student shared, “My relationship with the Lord has become closer, and I am more sensitive to His presence. I am more accepting, tolerant, patient, respectful, and free to others, and I am more willing to listen to the inner voices of myself and others.” Please continue to pray for these students, that they can continue to live out the glorious image of God in their daily lives, and prepare their hearts for the upcoming third year course “Inward and Outward Flowing Ministry”, and continue to respond to God’s call in their lives. For course content and registration details, please refer to the SF3 poster.

2.Invitation and prayer: SF1 course enrollment begins

The first year of Spiritual Formation (SF1) will start in September and is now open for enrollment. This is the starting point of a spiritual journey for brothers and sisters who desire to know God more deeply and establish an intimate relationship with the Lord. The course will help students shift from head knowledge to heart experience through the practice of the church’s spiritual tradition, allowing faith to become the real power that carries life. Pray that the Lord will personally touch the hearts of those brothers and sisters who desire to pursue Him more deeply to respond to God’s invitation and embark on this life-transforming spiritual journey. For course content and registration details, please refer to the SF1 poster.

3.Prayer for the Silent Retreat

Please pray for the silent retreat to be held in the western United States at the end of May and in Taiwan in July. Ask God to prepare everything necessary, including the arrangement of the process, the preparation of speakers and sharing content, so that the entire retreat can proceed smoothly according to God’s will. May every participant enter into true silence during the camp, listen to God’s gentle voice, and experience the reality of His presence and His abundant grace.

4.Thank you and pray for the small group leader

Thank God for the team of faithful group leaders who have devoted themselves to leading the SF2 course over the past year, steadily guiding group sharing, and patiently accompanying the students through the process of spiritual struggle and growth. These group leaders become partners in the journey with love and sincerity, and bear witness to the wonderful work of God in the lives of the students. May the Lord himself remember their dedication and labor, and grant them joy and strength from above, so that they can continue to bear fruit in their spiritually-formed service and become channels for the flow of God’s grace and blessings.
