Pleroma Schools for Girls
Thanksgiving:
- Thanks be to God for leading the teachers in the “Positive Education and Self-Growth” training. This not only helped teachers improve their teaching skills but also allowed them to rediscover themselves professionally. Special thanks to the training instructors for their positive encouragement, which served as an inspiration and blessing to the entire teaching team.
- Thanks be to God for protecting the primary school’s fire drill, ensuring its safe completion and allowing teachers and students to develop valuable safety awareness through practical experience.
Prayer Requests:
- As the first semester of the secondary school draws to a close, pray that the Lord will grant wisdom to the teachers and organizing staff to ensure the smooth execution of all examinations and administrative arrangements. Also, pray for the sports meet on February 16th, that students will enjoy a good physical and mental state during their studies and activities.
- Pray for the primary school’s first semester final exams, the parent-teacher conference, and the upcoming trip to Kampong Thom. Pray that the Lord will watch over the journey and grant good communication and cooperation between the school and parents.
Pleroma Home for Girls & Pleroma Women Ministry
Thanksgiving:
- We thank God that after the ceasefire on the Thai-Cambodian border, our colleagues spontaneously formed a team to conduct a short-term mission trip to Preah Vihear province and visit refugee camps. During this time, they personally experienced God’s provision and guidance; He arranged everything needed and filled all deficiencies, making this experience an important source of nourishment for their faith growth.
- We thank God’s grace for enabling our women’s ministry to successfully connect with different resources, especially our collaboration with Mother Hearts, providing assistance and prenatal care for women in their first pregnancy, and essential health care and support for infants under two years old.
Prayer Requests:
- Please pray for the follow-up of existing cases in our ministry, the adjustment of newly admitted girls at the Girls’’ Home (PHG), and the cases referred by the Ministry of Women’s Affairs. We ask the Lord to protect all needs during the court proceedings and lead the families involved to reconciliation. At the same time, we ask the Lord to grant our colleagues wisdom and courage to safeguard their safety and well-being during their frequent travels between provinces for ministry.
- Please pray for the future planning and development of the social enterprise, asking the Lord to guide it in the right direction so that the program becomes a blessing for girls and women, helping them build skills and income, and enabling them to continue pursuing the dreams God has placed in their lives after returning to the community.
- Please pray for the upcoming community outreach and positive parenting activities in Takeo and Kampong Cham provinces, asking the Lord to open the way for the teams so that the message can be understood and reach people’s hearts, and to bless the local families.
Pleroma Community Center
Thanksgiving:
We thank the Lord for His abundant provision, enabling us to successfully purchase the new building. This will become an important platform for PCC to serve the community in the future, witnessing God preparing the way for the ministry step by step.
Prayer Requests:
- Please pray for the upcoming renovation project, asking the Lord to grant wisdom to the planning and execution team, ensuring the project has a clear direction and is completed on time and safely with appropriate arrangements.
- Please pray for the kindergarten and weekend ministry’s Sports Day. Ask the Lord to protect the preparation process, provide suitable venues, and ensure the safety of students and staff on the day of the event, allowing children to participate joyfully.
- Please pray for the application and coordination of renting land next to PCC as a playground, asking the Lord to personally guide and prepare so that the kindergarten and weekend ministry have a more complete activity space.
